Stories of Hope…today one of my favourite causes blessed us in the form of Tania from Share The Dignity – Dignity Bags.
Our dignity bags couldn't have arrived at a better time. Lots of women do it really tough at Christmas time because all of their money is going towards Christmas presents and additional expenses so common with school holidays and Christmas. Often this means going without personal care items including personal hygiene products.
Dignity Bags are so special because they are a very personal gift from one female to another. They always include the essentials and as often as not there's a little something extra to offer hope and love to those who need it most.
We will be sharing our dignity bags across our programs (community support, family support, youth support) and will also be sharing with our sister community organisations including Yabu Mija and DV Services.
