Pre-cyclone clean up
🌀 Make sure you’ve signed up for a free pre-cyclone waste collection service if you receive an age or disability pension. We will collect:
✅ green waste
✅ iron
✅ general yard debris.
✅ All items must be of a size that can picked up by one person. We won’t collect white goods, furniture, household rubbish, car bodies and tyres as part of the pre-cyclone clean up — these can be dropped off at our transfer stations (fees may apply) 👉 trc.qld.gov.au/transfer-stations. ✅ Eligible residents can register for the collection 👉 trc.qld.gov.au/cyclone-cleanup or call 1300 362 242 before 5pm Friday 27 October. Collections begin in early November.
